Sticks well but irritates skin

Review Questions:
State: North Carolina

Review Text:
Whatever is in this type of band-aid caused an allergic reaction on my daughter’s skin. It’s three days since I used this product and it doesn’t look much better. I think I may have to take her to her doctor to try and heal what the bandage caused. She used this size and the regular size of this product (flexible fabric) and you can see a rash in the shape of the band-aid. I used this product to help protect and help with the healing of a cut she received after falling but now her arm has huge, itchy, red band-aid marks surrounding her cut. It looks terrible and is very dry and itchy!

I love these bandages. I play several high impact sports and am constantly scraping up my knees and elbows. These bandages stay in place and come off easy without tearing up my wounds. I always keep a pack of these in my gym bag.

Not like the last pack I purchased

Review Questions:
State: South Carolina
Age: 55 to 64
Review Text:
Even though the extra large band-aid did not stick to my wound the adhesive on this new bandage was very hard to remove from my skin. My feet are a little tender anyway but unlike the first pack we had, the adhesive almost ripped the skin from my foot. I did notice the the package had a different message below the "extra large" printing on the package. The original said "MEMORY-WEAVE FABRIC on a red background while the new one said "COMFORTABLE PROTECTION" on a teal background. Is this a different product or just different packaging? Anyway, my foot is still red from where the last bandage was removed. Preferred the first package by far. It stuck only till I wanted to remove it. Resorted to pads and tape. Luckily I had some available.

Excelent Product (s)

Seriously? All these negative reviews for this super great fabric (or otherwise) bandages. Band Aid makes an extensive line and it is the customers responsibility to determine the proper product to use for their application (duh). “Band Aid Brand”, equals, the BEST products on the market.

Worst Band-Aid Ever

Review Questions:
State: New Jersey
Age: 55 to 64
Review Text:
I had no problem with the latex version of this Band-Aid. When I ran out and started using the non-latex version, which was the only one available, it hurt alot when coming off and is now completely red where the adhesive portion of the bandage was. I had to seek medical help. I have never had an allergic reaction to a Band-Aid until now. Maybe they are using a new kind of adhesive or the non-latex material, whatever that is, is causing a reaction.

Bring Back the 70s & 80s Band Aids

Review Questions:
State: Massachusetts
Age: 55 to 64
Review Text:
I get a few flea bites on the back of my calf & while sometimes the Clear Spot Band-Aids work great. But there are times I get a few bites close together & a 4" band aid that would stay on a couple days would really be nice. My biggest problem is the ends don't stick well. I toss & turn at night, and part of the band aid will stick to the sheet and rip off when I turn. It's a wake up a call for sure. When the ends on the 4" B.A. start to peel back & I know it's not going to stay on. I will use soap & soak my leg before actually peeling it off so it does not take my skin with it. I always wash my leg or any area where a band-aid is going, I make sure it's really dry. I put a little dab of antibiotic on the bite(s) and if it's not that bad I put a dab of Hydrocortisone just on the bite(s). The Flexible Fabric are the worst for me and also don't stick well to themselves like when I use one on my finger. Sport strips are to thick & the ends also start to peel up quickly after putting one on. The Clear Strips work great but can't find em. The Plastic Strips work good also but neither of these can be found in a 4" band-aid. I just saw 4" Sheer Strips at a great price that I think would work great but they sell out fast when there at an affordable price. I've been to my Local Walgreens, & CVS but I don't find the 3 types I like. The band-aids of yesterday are hard to find and the new ones of today are more than I need in a Band-Aid and not always affordable.

Sticks to wound, but stays on

Review Questions:
State: Texas
Age: 25-34
Review Text:
The box says it won't stick to the wound, and it wicks liquid away, but the last few times I've taken the bandage off it's made me start bleeding again because it pulled off some of the healing skin. I've cleaned and dried the wound carefully before applying the bandage, so I know it's not me doing something wrong. Really disappointing, and painful. It does stay on well, though.

Ripped my skin off

Review Questions:
State: Minnesota
Age: 25-34
Review Text:
I put one of these on my arm after having a small implant removed. I thought my incision was burning and itching, but it turns out that was from the bandage. It was on for about 12 hours and left my skin raw and bruised. Plus, it took off a bit of my skin when I was removing it.
