Only Bandage I can use!

I have an extreme allergy to typical bandage adhesive, even the latex free ones. I had to have a biopsy on my arm, my allergic reaction to the bandage adhesive the hospital gave me was awful. It was like acid eating holes in my skin. I did some research online about allergic reactions to adhesives, this Band-aid Activ Flex was highly recommended. I reluctantly tried it. To my surprise, I had no reaction! The biopsy area on my arm and previous rash area was so large I had to use a gause pad with the Activ Flex bandages as tape. It would be wonderful if they came in a larger size or a roll of tape.

I accidentally stabbed my arm while acting like a moron. It was a small hole and did need stitches. I’m a trained professional but I hate the hospital. I saw this near the liquid bandage stuff. I grabbed this instead and I love it!! Immediately i could feel the difference from other products. I felt like the wound was fully protected. I am proud to say I’m better! I will buy this product again!!

I wonder if some of the people that have had their blisters pop or rip their skin when trying to remove the band-aid didn't leave it on long enough. I've left mine on until it starts to come off by itself, I don't force it off or try to tear it off because it sticks so securely to your skin. I even use them for regular cuts and I'm sure if I tried to take it off early it would take the scab with it because unlike regular band-aids, the entire surface of the band-aid sticks to you skin to seal it and protect it. I leave the band-aid on until it starts to come off at the edges on it's own, by then the cut or blister underneath is healed for the most part, then removing it is easy. No popped blister, because there is nothing to pop, it's already healed!! These Band-aids aren't cheap so this is not the type of band-aid you remove and replace daily, because it sticks so securely you don't need to. I have used this product many times, and it always does wonders! It seals perfectly to my skin and doesn't come off or let any dirt in, I can even shower with it on and no water gets in. I highly recommended them if you are patient enough to leave the band-aid on and let it do it's job.

Excellent for road rash

Review Questions:
State: Virginia

Review Text:
I was in a motorcycle accident about a month ago (in full gear) and came out with several small areas of road rash at most joints in addition to a couple large baseball-sized areas of road rash + swelling on left hip and shoulder. After removing the final Hydro Seal bandage yesterday I was completely amazed at the results. 90% of the road rash had completely healed with new skin, zero scabbing, and hopefully minimal scarring. These worked best on the flat areas of the body (hip and shoulder/back). As expected, ankles took longest to heal because it was difficult to keep the bandage completely sealed around the bone. I am not one to typically write reviews, but I came out of the accident expecting many bandage changes, scabs, and scars and was shocked at how well the Hydro Seals worked with very little maintenance. Would highly recommend for any skin abrasions - the extra cost compared to a regular bandage is completely worth it.

I received a sample of these bandages from the PINCHme program and they were better than expected. They have great adhesion are waterproof (staying on for 2 days) and seemed to protect the area and cushion it when bumped or being used. Great product!

These are AMAZING!! I cut my knee with a pressure washer, a very nice V shape, I used one of these bandages, put it on and left it on, after 5-6 days it started coming off so I put another one on. I did this 3-4 times. My knee is completely healed, there is barely a mark where It was cut.
No scabbing, bleeding, pain or scaring. I am impressed.
These work so well, I keep them on hand for family and friends.
They work amazing on kids knees that tend to repeatedly get scraped up also. They actually leave them on, at least my three kids did, and allows the wound to heal.
Thank you for this wonderful bandage.
Just remember:
the wound has to be DRY,
if you warm the bandage up a little before you apply it (I hold it in my hands and squeeze them for warmth),
then hold your hand on it once applied to make sure the edges seal,
They stay on and work like a charm.

I wore new soccer shoes and got the worst blisters of my life that were so painful. These band-aids were awesome! I just left them alone until they fell off themselves and underneath was fully healed heels. Anyone having a problem probably peeled them off way too soon.
