Very sticky

Review Text:
So I had a small leaky hole in my foot and decided to use one of these band-aids since I would have to shower eventually. It works very well and kept out all the water. In fact, it stuck so well, that I had a hard time removing it from myself when I needed to pull it off. Despite several attempts I simply could not lift a single end to peal it off. I had become one with the band-aid! I finally managed to pinch the middle and slowly separate it from my skin, removing it from my foot. But the hole no longer leaks and it was dry.

Worst Band-Aid Ever!

Review Questions:
State: Arizona
Age: 55 to 64
Review Text:
Bought these in a multi-pack and, at first, I looked forward to try something new from Band-Aid. However, every time I tried to peel the bandage from the wrapper, it would stick to itself. I ended up throwing them away. A very poorly made product and I'm very surprised at Band-Aid.

All the quilt-aid pads on theese band aids are off center.

Review Questions:

Review Text:
I cut the tip of my finger and thought it would be a good idea to get theese water block finger care band-aids but the pads are all off centered so when I apply it to my finger evenly over my finger tip only half of the pad comes in contact with my finger tip. It appears that is the design but it makes no sense. The cut out of the band aid clearly suggests the proper placement for the pad with its center curve in the center. So why isn't the pad in the center too? I bought multiple boxes and they were all the same. Lot#1158B

The absolute worst.

Review Questions:

Review Text:
Have used Band-Aid brand my whole life and always been happy with their products. I bought about 5-6 boxes of these when they came out and they might be the worst bandage the company has ever produced. Not remotely waterproof, very difficult to unwrap and apply without ruining the bandage by sticking to itself. Throw your money in the trash first.

Works for multiple skin tones

Review Questions:

While this can be difficult to apply at first, once you get the hang of it, it is one of my favorites when I don't want my wound being the center of attention. It tends to stick well and keep water and dirt out. Plus, it is transparent, so no matter how dark or light your skin is, the only thing you see is the size of the pad over the wound, not the two "wings" of the strip. WARNING: Do not try to remove after showering or when your skin is wet. Only remove when your skin is dry. Otherwise, you could get redness and pain.

Wasted about 10 of them before I gave up.

I'm sure that if you could actually get the things out of the package they'd work, but I couldn't pull the backing off without the sticky part sticking to itself. When that happens, it's no longer waterproof. That's six bucks I'll never see again.

Not even water resistant, let alone water-proof!

Of course, BandAid Brands are always the best, so we bought 2 boxes of BandAid Water Block bandages. I can't imagine how they came up with the idea that these would stay on when wet. I wash my hands often which is why we bought these instead of others. As soon as they get wet, they fall off! Not only do they not block water, but they seem to absorb it immediately. I definitely would not recommend these bandages.

I Love This Product...

I have seen a few negative comments regarding the Water Block Band-Aid...mostly about applying. I must admit, I had trouble at first...until I came up with the perfect solution. When I peel apart the outside, I leave the whole band-aid on one side...I then remove the two white strips with the band-aid still attached to one side. I then apply to the wound and press down and rub...then remove the paper backing...voila! perfect fit!
