Mommy doesn’t believe that these bandaids hurt. Why do you keep using them mommy? They break into pieces when you try to take them off. No, mommy don’t get the alcohol again to remove the remaining pieces and residue, it hurts so much! I know it’s the only way, but it hurts my boo boos so much. Why doesn’t mommy put them on herself to feel the pain. The manufacturers should try as well.

Bad Allergic Reaction - Skin Pulled Off

Review Text:
Sorry to say this product's adhesive caused a rash and when the bandage was removed it removed my skin too. I am left with a wound in the shape of the adhesive strips that has been more painful than the original wound the bandage was covering.

Normally, Band-Aid is a great brand, but this particular version with the strange pink colored strips, has been a terrible experience.

Buyer be aware...and beware.

Redesign is a horrible dissappointment

The old Sport Strips were an excellent product. You could actually perform physical tasks and they held up and stayed on. The new ones have to win the award for the quickest a company has ruined one of its products. The pad does not offer as much protection. The foam does not cushion like the old ones. The foam tears amazingly easy. The adhesive doesn't stick to the outside of the foam yet makes sure that the little pieces that tear off are difficult to remove from your skin. I am wondering if I need to wrap the bandage with electrical tape to keep it from falling apart and falling off. With the old Sport Strips I never looked at price because whatever they cost it was worth it. With the new ones even if they were free I don't think they would be worth it.

New changes in product are HORRIBLE!

Band-Aid Sport Strips "WERE" the "BEST" bandages ever made. I would buy two to three boxes at a time (home/work/car) just to ensure that I would never be without them, because I am accident-prone. They were perfect in EVERY way, easy to remove from paper packaging, perfect amount of cushioning, adhesive remained strong even after getting wet and lastly easy to remove when needing to be replaced. HOWEVER, that is NOT the case NOW! They tear very easily when trying to remove paper wrapper, cushion is terribly thin, when wet they loose their adhesion, but in a way that it literally falls apart in pieces and then it is hard as heck to remove all the little pieces. At first I thought I bought a knock off brand with clever labeling, but after careful inspection ( to my utter surprise and complete disappointment) they were genuine Band-Aid Brand. Needless to say I returned the opened box as well the two additional boxes I had purchased. Reason given: Dissatisfaction WHY would you change such an awesome product?!? These are the ONLY bandages I have ever bought since discovering them some 10 to 15 years ago! I assure you I will not buy another box, they are no better than a dollar store brand. Unfortunately now I have to start searching for the perfect band aid with all the fore mentioned characteristics: Easy access, thick padding, water resistant and quality adhesive. I truly hope that Band-Aid Brand decides to return to the method of manufacturing of Sports Strip as they once did. It "WAS" the very "BEST" and most "EXCELLENT" band aid product ever made! Most kindly, Wade

quality decline

Please bring back the old sports strips! These used to stay on through golf and other sports in humid weather and washing, and they provided a thick barrier and reliable protection. Now they come off easily and are flimsy and thin. To me, they used to be the best bandage on the market. Now they are no better than the cheapest brand. It is discouraging that a reputable company like Bandaid would surrender customer satisfaction to the bottom line (i.e., profit)!

New design is terrible

Review Questions:
State: Michigan

Review Text:
These sport strip bandaids used to be my go-to bandages, especially for cuts on my fingers, because they were very durable and would last two or more days with ease, even through washing hands and showering. The new design isn't even on par with off-brand bandages. These new ones tear easily, they do not stick well (especially after getting wet), and when removing the bandaid, it tears into bits and pieces and leaves adhesive stuck to your skin. This redesign was obviously a cost saving endeavor as the material is definitely cheaper. I, for one, would prefer to pay a premium for the far superior old style than be left with a terrible product like this at the same price.

Please bring back the old Sport Strips! They were PERFECT and now they are too thin, tear too easily, and don't stick well. I am hoping you will bring back the old ones so much, since I usually have 2 or 3 bandaids on my fingers at a time during the dry winter weather. They used to be so nice since I could wash my hands all day and they wouldn't fall off. Now they do fall off.
