Pure garbage compared to the old product

Review Questions:
State: Massachusetts

Review Text:
The "OLD" Tough Strips had pad that reached the full width of the bandage, the "NEW LOOK" does not - more money for less coverage, and the chances of not being able to cover the wound are greatly increased. Why companies feel they need to "improve" items that are perfect as they are beats the heck out of me.

I don’t like the new ones. The old ones were perfect for my needs. The new ones are not at all useful.

This is just I need...

Review Questions:

Product is perfect for hard working hands. The adhesive is terrifically stubborn and when you work constantly with your hands (I'm a cabinet maker) the last thing you need is a bandage that falls off half way through the project. This one goes the distance. My biggest criticism? I can only find them in boxes of 10. Someone please direct me to where I can get them in bulk. A great product.

Sizes on your website?

Review Questions:
State: New York
Age: 65 or over
Review Text:
Would be really nice if you could show the sizes of the bandages on this website. Sending my husband out to purchase bandaids is impossible, without being able to specify the size I require. "All one size" means nothing to me if I am attempting to cover a wound. I must know what sizes you have available. I recommend the product but not the website for information, which is why I went on it.

The Best Band-Aid Ever

Review Questions:
State: Michigan
Age: 35-44
Review Text:
It's like a duct-tape band-aid. The waterproof Tough-Strips are the best band-aids i have ever used. I had a cleaning job at a school and I got a cut on one of my fingers. I went to the store and bought a box of these. I cleaned the wound and the surrounding skin before applying the band-aid. This is a serious band-aid. I had my hand in dirty water and filth all shift and the band-aid did not slip, move, leak, or loosen. After my experience, the Band-Aid waterproof Tough-Strips, all sizes, are the only self adhesive bandages I purchase.

Stays on through showers & frequent washings

Review Questions:
State: Texas
Age: 65 or over
Review Text:
I like cycling, which often results in minor wounds. These bandages stay on for several days despite showers, frequent washing of hands, domestic chores and the like. They are great for me, and I urge J&J to continue offering them. Athletes and active people of all ages will use them when they find out about them.

Adhesive is too powerful

I agree with other posters. I've always used band-aid brand. I use these tough strips myself and would normally recommend, but they are not for children or people with soft skin. My daughter's skin appeared almost as if I ripped skin off. This was immediately after a bath and it was soaked. Today, she has a band-aid shaped bruise on her leg where it was.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Jim! We wouldn't expect your daughter to see any bruising while using our products, and we'd like to learn more about what happened. Please call our consumer care center at 866-565-2873, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 7PM ET. We look forward to hearing from you!

Only thing that works

Review Questions:
State: Massachusetts
Age: 45-54
Review Text:
I have patches of psoriasis that erupt from time to time. The only time to avoid the pain that I feel is to keep it covered for about 2-3 days. No other strip stays in place like these strips. Please don't ever change the formula. I love these and they save my life!
