ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Each gram of ointment contains Bacitracin Zinc 500 Units and Polymyxin B Sulfate 10,000 units in a special white petrolatum base.

For external use only. Do not use in the eyes or apply over large areas of the body. In case of deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns, consult a physician. Do not use longer than one week unless directed by a physician. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.
